FSSC22000 version 4
The FSSC 22000 team is currently developing a draft of the FSSC 22000 Version 4, which includes coverage of food fraud prevention and unannounced audits. It is anticipated that the preparation of the final draft will coincide with the publication of the GFSI Guidance Document Version 7, such that that publication of FSSC 22000 Version 4 can be finalized shortly thereafter.
Storage & Distribution
As a result of the interests expressed by a number of our EU and US stakeholders, FSSC 22000 will be working on the extension of scopes to include Storage and Distribution. The collaboration will lead to the proposed drafting of a PRP to be available in 2016, leading to the publication of an ISO Technical Specification.
